VF Investments Sub Fund Two

The Investment Compartment will seek to achieve its Investment Objective by investing in private equity investments including investments related to real estate, while opportunistically it may invest in early stage companies.

The Investment Compartment may invest in equity or convertible equity and non-convertible preferred stock. Equity includes common stock, preferred stock, equity convertible into common stock, or equity or other instruments whose price is linked to the value of common stock.

Debt instruments include convertible loans, convertible promissory loan notes, debentures, collateralised loans and any other debt instrument, which may have the option to convert into equity. Finally, it may also invest though any other instrument in the view of eventually deciding whether to assume an equity position in potential investee companies.
