The Investment Compartment will seek to achieve its Investment Objective by investing predominantly in entities that either directly or indirectly invest in realizing gains from the acquisition, management and resale of financing instruments identified as non-performing loans or having difficulties in being serviced or assets being in the process of foreclosure or any similar assets.

Additionally, the Investment Compartment may invest in companies that are engaged in the acquisition, processing and sale of non-performing loans.

The Investment Compartment may invest in equity, convertible equity and non-convertible preferred stock. Equity includes common stock, preferred stock, equity convertible into common stock, or equity or other instruments whose price is linked to the value of common stock.
