C.Q.I. Quality Fund

The Investment Compartment’s primary investment objective is to exploit appropriate capital appreciation strategies which will grant the Compartment’s Investors with an increase of their capital contributions’ value. To that end, capital allocation will focus on the real estate and private equity asset classes and identify opportunities characterised of high performance or future appreciation, namely properties of multiple purposes with forecasted growth rates and entities successfully operating  in diverse sectors, as for instance, hospitality and leisure, technology and innovation, healthcare and education.
