GMM: New Fund Manager of the Turquoise Sub-Fund Fixed Income Fund

On May 25th, 2015, it was announced that the Turquoise Sub-Fund Fixed Income Fund was registered with CySEC under Registration no. AIF02_3. Further to this, on August 5th, 2020 GMM Fund Manager was approved by CySEC as the new fund manager for the Turquoise Sub Fund Fixed Income Fund.

This fund is open to well-informed and professional investors, follows a Private Equity oriented strategy and is placed under AIF umbrella. The fund will be primarily invested in holding a series of warrants issued by a private company limited by shares registered in Cyprus which is investing in Fixed Income and Money market transferable securities.The fund’s Depositary is Sharelink Securities and Financial Services Ltd, its Administrator is ATG Fund Services Limited, the Fund’s Legal Consultant is Harneys (Cyprus) – Aristodemou Loizides Yiolitis LLC and its Auditor is Deloitte Limited.
