Registration of the Malavet Sub-Fund One

On August 3rd, 2020, it was announced that the Malavet Sub-Fund One was registered with CySEC under Registration no. RAIF 35_1.

This fund is open to well-informed and professional investors, follows a Private Equity oriented strategy and is placed under a RAIF umbrella. The Investment Compartment will seek to achieve its Investment Objective by investing in private equities, venture capital in Commodities, mining industries and shares with the intention of acquiring the control of private institutional organizations. The fund’s Depositary will be Eurobank Cyprus, its Administrator will be C & N Constantinou Ltd, the Fund’s Legal Consultant will be LLPO Law Firm Ltd and its Auditor Rotsas & Co Ltd.
