Registration of the Burency Investment Fund

On January 20th, 2020, it was announced that the Burency Investment Fund was registered with CySEC under Registration no. RAIF 21_2.

This fund is open to well-informed and professional investors, follows a Private Equity oriented strategy and is placed under a RAIF umbrella. The Compartment aims to implement a strategy, which is compliant with the Shariah Principles and will enable it to seize any opportunities that can provide to its Investors high returns with less risk. The fund’s Depositary is Eurobank Cyprus, its Administrator is PwC Ltd, the Fund’s Legal Consultant is S.A. Evangelou & Co LLC and its Auditor is Baker Tilly Klitou & Partners Ltd.
