Investment Objective

The objective of the Investment Compartment is to provide long term capital growth primarily by investing in equity and/or equity-related securities of non-listed companies; The Investment Compartment will seek to achieve its Investment Objective by investing principally in equity and/or equity-related securities of companies of any market capitalization incorporated or having their principal business activities in Europe, with a main focus in the regions of Cyprus and Greece, involved in the sectors of hospitality, education, health and real estate development.

Since the investment objective is more likely to be achieved through an investment policy that is flexible and adaptable, the Investment Compartment may also on an ancillary basis seek investment opportunities in equity-linked securities of the above mentioned sectors as well as equity, equity linked and/or equity-related securities of companies which do not fulfil the requirements set out above.
