Investment Objective

The Investment Compartment focuses on a flexible investment strategy of acquisition, planning, development, construction and realization of mainly residential and commercial properties and other portfolios situated in advantageous locations around Cyprus.

The Projects targeted will be mainly in Cyprus properties, both commercial and residential developments, which the Directors may consider as investments with potential growth. The Investment Compartment intends to acquire land in the prime areas of Limassol, Pissouri and Platres by identifying large plots of land and selected tourist areas, due to high demand for both residential and commercial properties, which are suitable for its projects. The Investment Compartment, when appropriate development opportunities arise, will consider entering new markets, aside from the specified cities above, and generally look all over Cyprus.
