This fund is open to well-informed and professional investors, follows a Private Equity oriented strategy and is placed under RAIF umbrella. The fund will be primarily investing, predominantly, in carefully selected private equity issued by companies and in financial instruments.The fund’s Depositary is Eurobank Cyprus, its Administrator is Amicorp (Cyprus) Ltd, the Fund’s Legal Consultant is LLPO Law Firm and its Auditor is C & N Auditors Ltd.
