Registration of the Pelagic Fund I

On June 15th, 2020, it was announced that the Pelagic Fund I was registered with CySEC under Registration no. RAIF30_1.

This fund is open to well-informed and professional investors, follows a Shipping oriented strategy and is placed under RAIF umbrella. The Compartment aims to implement a diversification strategy, investing in various types of vessels (e.g. Bulk Carriers) taking into consideration the type of investment opportunities that each type of vessel may offer.The fund’s Depositary is Eurobank Cyprus, its Administrator is PwC Ltd, the Fund’s Legal Consultant is AMG Mylonas & Associates LLC and its Auditor is Deloitte Limited.
