Licensing of the Bominayo Sub-Fund 1

On March 13th, 2020, it was announced that the Bominayo Sub-Fund 1 was licensed with CySEC under Registration no. AIF63_1.

This fund is open to well-informed and professional investors, follows a Private Equity oriented strategy and is placed under a AIF umbrella. The objective of the Investment Compartment is to provide long term capital growth primarily by investing carefully in selected private equity issued by companies operating in the media, intellectual property assets, real estate and financial ssets. The fund’s Depositary is Eurobank Cyprus, its Administrator is Highworth (Cyprus) Limited, the Fund’s Legal Consultant is LLPO Law Firm Ltd and its Auditor is LIS Primus Audit & Tax Limited.
