Registration of the Raptous Sub-Fund One

On January 20th, 2020, it was announced that the Raptous Sub-Fund One was registered with CySEC under Registration no. RAIF22_1.

This fund is open to well-informed and professional investors, follows a Private Equity oriented strategy and is placed under a RAIF umbrella. The purpose of the Fund is to provide Investors with an opportunity for investment in the professionally managed Investment Compartments of the Fund which will adopt specific Investment Policies suitable for the needs of every Investor, in order to achieve an optimum return from the capital invested. The fund’s Depositary is Eurobank Cyprus, its Administrator is PWC Limited, the Fund’s Legal Consultant is LLPO Law Firm Ltd and its Auditor is C&N Auditors Ltd.
